The Chocolate Academy offers specific practical and theory courses for artisanal craftsman (chocolatiers, bakers,…) and for industrial chocolate processors.
The course package includes initiation-, perfecting and specialised courses in diverse aspects of chocolate processing (Starting with Chocolate, and advanced courses per theme: Easter and Halloween).
During the practicals, our technical experts accompany the
delegates at individual work tables to explain the theory lessons
in terms of practical experience.
During demonstrations and seminars, the most divergent facets of
chocolate processing are revealed, as much for industrial
processors as for the artisanal craftsman.
Our team of technical advisors provides demonstrations at fairs and
chocolate events worldwide.
